For RPg students taking compulsory coursework, a free transcript showing the results of individual subjects and specifying that the award comprises a thesis component also will be given to each RPg student upon graduation.

Additional copies of the transcript are available subject to a fee of HK$70 per copy (inclusive of postage). Payment shall be made by cash/an Octopus card at the Finance Office (FO) Counter at Room VA205, or by a cheque in Hong Kong dollars made payable to "The Hong Kong Polytechnic University", or by online credit card payment method: https://popp-fo.polyu.edu.hk/enUS/portal.

Applications should be made using Form GSB/30.
