QUT Students |
Students must attend QUT for a minimum of 1 academic year and stay at PolyU for at least half of the normal study period |

Thesis review and oral examination |
Students will need to submit a single thesis, thesis review will be conducted separately. One oral examination will be conducted in English at PolyU. Examination documents from both universities will be completed at the examination. Chief supervisors from both PolyU and the partner university need to attend the oral exam. |

Continuation fee |
Students will be required to pay miscellaneous fees such as continuation and examination fees. |
QUT students failing to submit their thesis by the end of the normal study period must pay a continuation fee while he/she is still staying at PolyU. |

Study arrangement |
PolyU Students (outgoing): Study at PolyU first to fulfil the PolyU residence requirement and study at partner university for the remaining period. |
