Complete any THREE (3) of the activities listed below (one on each day) within the Campus Sustainability Week and share with us how you feel. You will get a chance to win this attractive and reusable bamboo cutlery set!

在校園可持續發展週舉行期間，在當中的任何三天，每天在下列活動中完成一項，並與我們分享你在當中的體會，你便有機會得到這一套漂亮的竹製環保餐具！
How to enter 參加辦法
- Select ONE (1) activity per day on any THREE (3) days during 23 to 27 Mar 2020. Challenge yourself and complete this activity, and perform a simple online registration as a record on the same day.
在 3 月 23 日至 3 月 27 日期間的任何三天，從下列指定項目中每天選擇一項，在當天完成它然後登入相關頁面進行一次簡易網上登記，記錄你已接受這項挑戰。 - You can finish a DIY craft, watch a documentary or a TED talk or an interview program, or do a stretching exercise. Try one activity on each day and do not repeat!
你可隨意選擇你喜歡的項目來挑戰自己，可以是完成一個小手工、收看一次網上講堂或專家訪問、或做一次伸展運動。記緊要每天完成一項，三天內不能有任何重覆。 - In the text box on the registration page, remember to write about how you feel with this activity, or your comments and your personal reflection, in no more than 50 words in English or Chinese. Complete this to submit.
在網上登記頁上的空格以不多於英文或中文 50 字寫上你對這項目的個人感受、體會或看法。 - Finish THREE (3) activities in total, and complete the corresponding online registration for these 3 activities between 23 to 27 Mar 2020 and get a chance to win!

Rules and Regulations 條款及規則
- Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to current PolyU staff and students. They may be requested to produce relevant identity documents to prove their eligibility by the Organizers.
參加資格: 只限在學理大學生及現任教職員參加。 - Agreement to Rules: By participating, the participants (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Organizers as final and binding as it relates to this Campaign. The Organizers reserve the right to exclude or disqualify any entry at any time if any or all of these rules, requirements or conditions are not complied with. If the participants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, You may risk disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
受條款約束: 參加者同意接受本活動之所有條款及規則約束。如發現違規或擾亂活動進程或不正當使用之情況，主辦單位有權取消其參加資格。 - Campaign period: Online registration will start at 00:00 (GMT +8) on 23 Mar 2020 through 23:59 (GMT +8) on 27 Mar 2020 and according to the Organizers’ system clock.
活動時間: 網上登記需於 2020 年 3 月 23 日零時零分至 3 月 27 日晚上 23 時 59 分之內完成。活動時間以主辦單位伺服器接收資料時間（香港時區 UTC +08:00）為準。 - How to enter: From the prescribed list, select and complete ONE (1) activity on a daily basis, then enter by completing and submitting the online registration form on the same day. You must provide the information requested and write your comments and reflections in the text box given. Finish THREE (3) activities in total, and register on three (3) days from 23 Mar 2020 to 27 Mar 2020. Do not repeat your selection.
參加方法: 由指定清單中，每天選擇及完成一個項目，然後填妥相應的網上表格以進行登記，並需以文字作簡短分享。你需於 2020 年 3 月 23 日至 3 月 27 日內完成三個不同項目和成功登記，每天完成一項，當中不能重覆。 - Submission: In case You have completed and submitted the online registration against one single activity more than once on the same day, only the first entry/first submission will be considered and accepted.
網上登記: 如你在同一天內為某一個項目進行多於一次的網上登記，主辦單位將只接受你的首次登記內容。 - Prizes: The Winners of the Campaign will receive ONE (1) reusable bamboo cutlery set each. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other service(s). Each participant can only win once in this Campaign.
獎品: 每位得獎者可獲得可重用竹製環保餐具一套。送出之獎品不可轉售、轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或其他貨品/服務。每位個別參加者於整個活動舉行期間只可獲獎一次。 - Collection of the prizes: The Organizers will issue notification to Winners in April 2020, and will announce all details on prize collection. All Winners have to collect the prizes in person and will be required to show valid PolyU staff/student ID cards as a proof of identity. If the Winners fail to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited. The Organizers reserve the right to verify the identity of Winners. Winners should go to the Campus Sustainability Office (CSO) during office hours to collect the prizes with details below:

The HK Polytechnic University領取獎品: 主辦單位會於 2020 年 4 月內通知各得獎者有關領取獎品的詳情。得獎者需帶同有效的理大職員/學生證親自領取獎品，否則當自動放棄論。主辦單位有權要求查核得獎者的身份。得獎者需於辦公時間內前往校園可持續發展處的辦公室（Z502）領取獎品，詳情為:
