The "PolyU Chinese Culture Festival Mid-Autumn Festival Gala" concluded with warmth and laughter on 13 Sep! Over 7,000 members of the #PolyUFamily, including #PolyU Council members, Court members, the University’s management, students, alumni, staff, and their families and friends, gathered on our beautiful campus to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival together.
Apart from the spectacular lighting projections, the event featured healthy mooncakes made from AkkMore™️, a novel fungus-based fat replacer developed by PolyU FSN and RiFood. These mooncakes help preventing obesity and other metabolic diseases, enhancing gut health and also extending the product shelf life. Guests savoured these healthy mooncakes while enjoying the moonlit campus and the exquisite lantern decorations with their loved ones.
The evening's exciting program also included an elegant Chinese dance performance by PolyU Hall Dance Team and a Chinese Style Clothes Student Catwalk Show, which combined traditional Chinese elements with modern fashion design.

「理大中華文化節 — 中秋晚會」已於9月13日溫馨歡笑聲中圓滿結束！ 超過7,000位來自 #理大大家庭 的成員聚首一堂，包括 #理大 校董會成員、大學顧問委員會成員、大學管理層、師生、校友、職員以及親友，於美麗的理大校園共同賞月慶團圓。
活動除了精彩的燈光投影，更特別準備了由我系研究團隊和理大未來食品研究院研發的AkkMore™️新型菇菌脂肪替代品製作的健康月餅。這款月餅不僅有效預防肥胖和其他代謝疾病，增強腸道健康，更可延長保質期。 一眾校友邊品嚐健康月餅 ，邊細賞月色和理大校園精美的燈籠佈置。
晚會精彩節目還包括由理大宿生帶來以《簪花仕女圖》爲創作背景的中華舞蹈表演，以及結合中國傳統元素和現代時尚設計的中華服飾時裝表演。
