Catering Committee
The Catering Committee, comprises both staff and student representatives, is responsible for sourcing suitable caterers to operate catering outlets on campus and monitoring of their quality of service. A hygiene monitoring programme is conducted regularly to ensure compliance of food hygiene and safety requirements.
