  • 1. Can I enter into individual building when in holidays or building closed?

    Yes, eligible staff holding with valid staff card is allowed entering into the building.

    Yes. Room A213 is the lactation room

  • 2. Any prayer room?

    Yes, PQ502a and Z302a are the prayer rooms

  • Service
  • 1. Does the University offer shredding services for sensitive documents?

    Yes, the said service contractor visits PolyU campus to collect the confidential documents upon request and please contact your departmental FMO coordinator or general office for details. (You will be charged for the service).

  • 2. Who do I call about insects, rodents and pest?

    Yes, you may submit your pest service request via phone (Ext7777), email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or visit the Help Desk web page.

  • 3. How long will it take to complete my repair work request?

    If this is an urgent request that may create a safety hazard, call Ext7777. Otherwise, please submit the job order via Help Desk web page. When work order is received it is assigned primarily on a first-in, first-out basis, subject to coordination of work and availability of time, materials and human resources. You can contact Help Desk at Ext7777 as if you have any questions after your request is submitted online.

     

  • 4. How do I dispose of furniture?

    Please contact your departmental inventory controller first

  • 5. How is the service hours of air-conditioning in the buildings?

    Yes, subject to the approval of University.
