Facilities Management Office (FMO) has been providing facilities management (FM) service to support the University to achieve its Mission. It is always our objective to be the key partner of all departments/offices/units through adoption of a client-oriented attitude and one-stop-shop approach. In the provision of a wide spectrum of services under FM, FMO has been striving to render proactive and responsive service that exceeds user’s expectation.
On the other hand, the provision of repairs and maintenance service including preventive and scheduled maintenance, which represents quite a major part of the responsibility of the department, has been able to significantly improve the reliability and operating efficiency of the various facilities in support of teaching, learning and research activities on campus.
