Competency-based frameworks, evidence and wise practices will be outlined using theory bursts, a simulation video and group discussion. Building on over 15 years of interprofessional care and education at the University of Toronto, and with an innovative collaboration with The University of Queensland, examples of sustainable successes in curriculum, research and practice will be shared.
