On January 9, members of the Engineering Entrepreneurship Club (EEC) visited the UBTECH experience hall, gaining firsthand insight into the future of automation and intelligent robotics.

The tour offered a comprehensive overview of UBTECH’s diverse product ecosystem. Club members observed advanced humanoid and specialized robots, which showcased a spectrum of practical applications from industrial tasks to interactive companionship.

A series of live demonstrations brought the technology to life. The visit began with a portable intelligent humanoid robot showcasing its versatility through reading and push-ups. The group then watched industrial humanoid robots perform object handling and an impressive autonomous battery replacement. UBTECH’s smart cleaning product series was also featured. Following the tour, members engaged in a detailed discussion with a UBTECH engineer, exploring technical specifics and entrepreneurial applications.

The visit successfully achieved its goal of exposing members to state-of-the-art technology and sparking entrepreneurial thinking. By connecting academic concepts with real-world applications across consumer, industrial, and service sectors, the experience provided valuable perspectives on the intersection of advanced engineering and market-ready innovation.
