2025-10-08 Tech Visit to HKTVmall Robotic and Automated Warehousing System

HKTVmall is Hong Kong's largest 24-hour online shopping mall, providing an "one-stop shop" platform to people in Hong Kong, including entertainment, online shopping, delivery service and impressive customer experience, with over 320,000 local and global products.

HKTVmall's Robotic and Automated Pick & Pack System automates picking and packing with capacity of thousands of orders daily. The Cross-belt Sorter System processes over 13,000 items per hour over a wide range of products with up to 99% accuracy. The Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) System transports goods autonomously within the warehouse reduces manual labor and optimizing workflow.
