DT Projects Portfolio

This page provides a comprehensive view of all DT projects driving PolyU‘s transformation towards E4.0 vision. The portfolio distinguishes DTD-led projects from IT system upgrade projects. IT system upgrade projects focus on modernising IT infrastructure and enhancing existing system capabilities.

DTD-led projects strengthen the University’s data and digital foundations. They also develop digital platforms that support AI-powered pedagogy and curriculum, end-to-end educational management, and AI-enabled tools and analytics. 

BU-led projects address current pain points through a user-centred approach. This involves process reengineering and cross-departmental collaborations to deliver integrated and end-to-end services.

All DT projects approved by DTC are subject to established governance.
