Mr WU Chun Sing, Parco is a practising certified public accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial reporting. A graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s (PolyU) School of Accounting and Finance (AF), Parco has been mentoring AF students since 2009 to support their career growth.
He founded PW CPA & Co., a respected Hong Kong CPA firm, and has held key roles in the profession, including President of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and Chairman of the World Chinese Accountants Consortium. Currently, he is a Council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
As Founding President of the World Charity Society, Parco promotes youth development, social inclusion, and ESG awareness. He was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer Award by the Agency for Volunteer Service in 2024 and the Outstanding Alumni Award of PolyU’s School of Accounting and Finance in 2025, highlighting his commitment to community service and professional excellence.
