Throughout an illustrious career that spans three decades, Ir Ricky Lau Chun-kit has set the tone for the city’s development by steering the Works Departments of the HKSAR Government. He spearheaded various mega-projects and made remarkable contributions to the local construction industry, such as Kau Yi Chau Artificial Islands Development under the Lantau Tomorrow Vision.
