Mr Richard Sun Po-yuen is a veteran capital markets professional. When he was Head of China South and Hong Kong Entrepreneurial Group at PwC, he helped many state-owned and privately-owned companies from Mainland China to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. His knowledge and expertise on capital markets also saw him serve on the Listing Committing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 2009 and 2014. In 2016, Mr Sun moved to lead PwC’s Assurance Institutional Group for Hong Kong and Macau, later taking up a role on PwC’s Global Board as a representative of the China market. Throughout his career, he has applied his expertise to support both his profession and the business sector, including serving as Chairman of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Hong Kong.
