After starting out as a toy manufacturer in 1992, Mr Dominic Tam Jo-tak transformed Combine Will into a major supplier of industrial moulds, machine tools and other consumer products. He successfully listed the company on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2008, and today it has more than 10,000 workers at five manufacturing facilities in Mainland China and Indonesia. Alongside building his own company, Mr Tam has also worked for the advancement of his industry, helping to introduce new techniques to the sector through serving as Chairman of the Hong Kong Foundry Association, and President of The Toys Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong.
