Ms Bella Chan, who was previously Tutor, was promoted to Instructor with effect from 1 October 2011.

Ms Ally Lee joined the SHTM on 24 October 2011 as an Assistant Executive Officer. She mainly provides administrative support to the Catering Office.

Dr Karin Weber, who was previously Assistant Professor, was promoted to Associate Professor with effect from 4 November 2011.

Mr Murphy Kwan joined the SHTM on 10 November 2011 as an Assistant Technical Officer.

Ms Candy Li, who was previously Executive Assistant, was promoted to Assistant Officer with effect from 1 December 2011.

Dr Zhaoping Liu joined the SHTM on 1 December 2011 as an Assistant Professor. Dr Liu received his Ph.D. in Hotel Administration with a focus on strategic management from Cornell University. Before joining the SHTM, he served as a Visiting Lecturer at the Cornell Hotel School.

Mr Amor Mak joined the SHTM on 5 December 2011 as an Executive Assistant. Mr Mak provides administrative support to the Catering Office.

Ms Angela Leung joined the SHTM on 12 December 2011 as a Clerk.

Ms Michelle Wong joined the SHTM on 12 December 2011 as an Assistant Officer.

Ms Tiffany Cheng joined the SHTM on 13 December 2011 as a Tutor. Ms Cheng received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences from the University of California-San Diego. Before joining the SHTM, she worked in the Front Office and Spa Department at The Peninsula Hong Kong.
