Campus Sustainability Weeks 2024 - Referral Programme

From 25 March to 30 April 2024, refer a friend to join the GreenCoin programme, and both of you will earn 10 Bonus Coins per referral. The more you refer, the more you earn! 

Steps for earn Bonus Coins:  

Step 1: Refer a PolyU friend  

Step 2: Your friend downloads and signs up for GreenCoin mobile app using their PolyU NetIDs.  

Step 3: The referee (your friend) completes the online referral form.  

Step 4: Both the referrer and referee will be rewarded with 10 Bonus Coins each within 5 working days after the event concludes.

Terms and Conditions: 

• The referral period of the programme is from 25 March 2024 to 30 April 2024 (both dates inclusive). 
• The referee (i) must be an existing PolyU student or staff and (ii) must NOT have registered for a GreenCoin account before 25 March 2024. 
• The referee can only be referred once. If the referee is being referred more than once, only the first referral submission counts. 
• The referee must complete and submit an online referral form, providing the Student ID, Staff ID, or GreenCoin User ID of both the referee and referrer. This should be done after the referee successfully signs up for the GreenCoin mobile app using their PolyU NetIDs within the referral period. 
• Bonus Coins will be credited to the both the referees and referrers’ GreenCoin account within 5 working days after the event concludes.  
• The referrer and referee cannot refer each other. The referrer and the referee cannot be the same person. 
• We will determine the user's entitlement to the Bonus Coins offer based on the validity of user's account records with the GreenCoin platform server. 
• Coin records with the GreenCoin platform server are considered final. 
• The scope and details of this campaign are subject to change without prior notice.
