PolyU has been named Educational Organization of the Year across Asia Pacific by the FutureGov Awards, an international benchmark by which public sector innovation is judged, for initiating the “3C Project”. Led by Mr Peter Duffy of the Educational Development Centre, the project is an institutional initiative to enhance the blended learning culture within the University through the use of three concurrent foci - collaboration, community and context (3C).
