Facilities User Card |
 |
All graduates who are
the cardholders of the PolyU Graduate Visa Card or Federation
of PolyU Alumni Associations Card can apply
for the Sport Facilities User Card. |
|
|
 Cardholders may use the sports facilities on PolyU campus and the Joint Sports Centre located at 36 Renfrew
Road at Kowloon Tong. They may also bring a maximum of three
guests at one time to use the sports facilities. The current
charge of each guest ticket is HK$20. Guest tickets are available
for purchase at the Booking Counters. |

The following
sports facilities will be temporarily closed to facilitate
campus development project and the construction of the
Innovation Tower:

In
view of the above temporary closure of facilities, the
application fee for Alumni Sports Facilities User Card is
adjusted to HK$200 per year and HK$100 per half year with effect
from 1 January 2009 until further notice. The
original charges were HK$400 per year and HK$200 per half year.

Library
Borrower's Ticket (Graduate) |
|
|
All
graduates of the PolyU, or its forerunners, as certified by
the Academic Secretariat are eligible, within six years of graduation,
can apply for a "Library Borrower's Ticket (Graduate)".
For graduates
who are the cardholders of the Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations
Card, this six-year rule will be waived, which means that they can
apply for the "Library Borrower's Ticket (Graduate)"
regardless of their year of graduation.

Fee for the Borrower's Ticket:
HK$1,000
(Cardholders
of the PolyU Graduate Visa Card/PolyU
Privilege Card will be granted a 25 percent
discount on the fee.) |

Campus
Parking Facilities |
|
|
All graduates
who are principal cardholders of valid PolyU Graduate Visa Card
or cardholders of Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations
Card can use the campus parking facilities at a discounted hourly rate of
HK$15 during the following hours:
Weekdays:
1700 - 0100 hrs
Sat/Sun/Public Holidays: 0700 - 0100 hrs

* No overnight parking (0100 - 0700 hrs) is allowed.

|
Park for
free for the first hour (Upon
departure, present the hourly parking tickets together with
PolyU staff cards, PolyU alumni membership cards or PolyU VISA
cards for validation.) |

Parking outside the specified hrs will be charged at the regular
rate, no free parking for the first hr. |
|
|
The
driver MUST present his/her Hong Kong Identity Card and a
valid PolyU Visa Card / Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations
Card to the Shroff office and fill in
the Registrar provided, in order to enjoy the discounted rate.
(Otherwise, the normal hourly rate
HK$30 will be charged.) |
