Hi! I'm Ricky from DSAI, majoring in FinTech & AI, transitioned from HKU SPACE. It has been an exciting and busy year since I joined PolyU last year. I travelled to Africa for service learning and Sweden for an overseas internship during the summer. It was super busy but enjoyable and fruitful. I have also taken courses above the normal loading (normally 5 courses for each semester but usually 6 or more for senior year entry students). You may think it can be expensive or difficult to extract time for the activities, but I will tell you that the experience and memories gained overcome the hardship and costs . I want to be an SYA ambassador because I want to demonstrate that despite the large workload, it is very possible to live a very fulfilling U-life that many can only dream of fulfulling.
