Something about me:

Hi guys. I am Lucas, year 3 student from Building Services Engineering. Originally, my major was Electrical Engineering when I was studying in Higher Diploma Programme from IVE (Tsing Yi Campus). Why I would like to change a new major? The major reason was that I would like to work relating with Building Engineering in future.

Changing major is not easy, like me, I was getting in trouble in Semester one of Polyu, because it was hard to catch up the progress and adapt a new learning environment. However, in Polyu has huge resources for supporting students.

Especially SYA' activities, there are different gatherings for students to adapting a new school, like welcoming parties, regular dinner gatherings. Moreover, when you encounter some academic or mental problems, you can find SYA staff, we are willing to answer your questions and solve your problems, there are regular gatherings for students getting easily find us.
