Hello, this is Ashley! I am a senior majoring in Global Supply Chain Management at PolyU. There are two main reasons why I would like to be SYA ambassador. First, being SYA ambassador is an invaluable opportunity to make friends. Due to the social chaos and the outbreak of coronavirus, I missed the chance to meet my schoolmates and felt hard to make friend. Hence, seeing the recruitment of SYA ambassador from school, I would like to be part of them and hope to know students from other faculties.

In addition, I hope to help senior year admitted student to adapt to a new learning environment. As a senior year admitted student, I had experienced and understood the difficulties and concern of most newcomers. What is more, I had also been the student ambassador at community college and helped the newcomers to overcome and adapt the new environment. It seems to me that I have experience with communicating with newcomers. Therefore, I applied to be SYA ambassador to help newcomers to adapt to our school and enjoy school life.
