4in1 Fitness Course focuses on training four essential components of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and balance. We expect participants to experience improvements in their cardiovascular endurance, with reduced breathlessness while walking. Their limb muscles will be strengthened, resulting in increased stamina when standing or walking. Their flexibility and balance will also improve, reducing the risk of falls and muscle strains, and alleviating back pain through regular stretching exercises. With continued training, significant improvements in physical fitness can be expected, enabling participants to easily cope with daily life without feeling overly tired.

*If the attendance rate of the successful applicant falls below 60%, they will regrettably be ineligible to enroll in any regular exercise classes during the next round which requires a lottery.
