Enrolment Guidelines

General activities:

  • Staff Club members and PolyU staff can join club activities via Staff Club website.
  • All activities are for PolyU Staff unless otherwise stated.
  • Information of enrolment deadline, draw arrangement, payment method and deadline will be announced on activity promotional material.
  • One application per activity is allowed for each staff and is non-transferrable.
  • Lots will be drawn in case of over-subscription and members would have the priority in joining the activities.
  • The enrolment status of an application can be checked at Staff Club website anytime.
  • Cancellation of application would be accepted only before the deadline of enrolment. Cancellation can be done through the Staff Club website.
  • No cancellation would be accepted after enrolment deadline. Successful applicants must settle the payment before the payment deadline. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable. If you failed to settle the payment before the deadline, the space will then be released to other applicant and Staff Club reserves the right to charge an administration fee as a compensation via payroll or else.
  • Staff Club reserves the right to verify appropriate identity of a registrant before and during an activity.
  • Staff Club reserves the right to amend or cancel the activities without prior notice.
  • PolyU Sports Centre Entrance Fee is NOT included. If guest(s) has/have not obtained a permit, PolyU Sports Centre will charge HK$20 per head each time for a guest ticket.
  • In any case of disputes on the interpretation of the enrolment guidelines, the Staff Club’s decision shall be final.

Draw Guidelines:

  • Draw will be held at Staff Club Restaurant after the deadline of enrolment. Members are also welcomed to observe the draw process and the draw result will be posted on the website afterward.
  • Staff Club members would have a higher priority in the draw.

Activities of first-come-first-serve basis:

  • Staff Club members and PolyU staff can join club activities via Staff Club website.
