Description

HIIT workout class features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In HIIT workout to increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves. The content of the class includes: (1) Upper body strength training (2) Lower body strength training (3) Core muscle group training (4) Cardiovascular/ aerobic exercise training (5) Flexibility improvement. These exercises aim to enhance strength in different parts of the body, improve cardiovascular function, increase flexibility, and achieve the goals of muscle building and fat reduction.

*If the attendance rate of the successful applicant falls below 60%, they will regrettably be ineligible to enroll in any regular exercise classes during the next round which requires a lottery.
