Dr Kitty CHAN, Associate Professor of Practice, has become the FIRST nursing scholar at the School who has been awarded a Senior Fellowship by Advance HE. Dr Betty CHUNG, Assistant Professor of Practice, has also been recognised as a Fellow by Advance HE. Advance HE is a UK-based organisation that aims to improve higher education, especially in the area of enhancing teaching and learning. Their different categories of fellowships are based on the Professional Standards Framework developed in the United Kingdom, which sets out the knowledge, skills and values demonstrated by those teaching and/or supporting learning in higher education. Their fellowships are globally recognised and are increasing considered by universities as an indicator of quality.
