Prof. Patrick KOR received the PolyU Outstanding Young Alumni Award in Scholarly Achievement

Prof. Patrick KOR, Assistant Professor, received the PolyU Outstanding Young Alumni Award in Scholarly Achievement.

Prof. KOR completed his PhD at PolyU in 2020. He is currently the Programme Leader of the School’s Master of Nursing programme. He received the NHCGNE Recognition Programme for Distinguished Educator in Gerontological Nursing (2022). Over the past 5 years, Prof. KOR has been the principal investigator on 12 research projects, which have received more than $8 million, and the co-investigator on 13 projects, which have received more than $10 million. He is a member of the team that invented the Virtual Hospital, which won several awards, including the Wharton-QS Reimagine Education Regional Award, the Hong Kong ICT Award, and the PolyU President’s Awards for Outstanding (Teaching) Achievement.
