Professor Brian King spoke on the topic "Hotel and Tourism is Critical to the Success of Sustainability in Our Community" at the G.R.E.E.N. Hospitality Group "Happy Hour" Webinar on 9 April 2020.

Professor Haiyan Song shared his perceptions and experiences at the "Reinventing Tourism: Cross-Country Perspectives" Webinar organised by the Universidade Europeia on 21 April 2020.

Mr Jonathan Sutton delivered an online lecture for secondary school students on "A Crash Course into Coffee Basics", as part of the PolyU & You: Online Lecture Series on 7 May 2020. The lecture offered an opportunity for students to delve into the background of one of the world's favourite beverages.

Professor Haiyan Song shared his views on "Asia Pacific Visitor Forecasts amid COVID-19" at the UNWTO Webinar "The Impact of COVID-19 on Tourism" on 7 May 2020.

Professor Bob McKercher conducted an online lecture on tourism recovery entitled "COVID-19 Response" for the Tourism Development Institute, Uzbekistan, on 14 May 2020.

Professor Haiyan Song presented his insights on the topic "Impact of COVID-19 on PATA Visitor Forecasts 2020-2024" at the Pacific Asia Travel Association New Travel Research Webinar on 14 May 2020.

Professor Brian King shared his thoughts at the ATLAS Webinar "Recovering from Covid-19: Asian Perspectives" on 28 May 2020.
