2019 Hong Kong PolyU Winter School®

The Hong Kong PolyU Winter School® is the SHTM's flagship Executive Development Programme. Staged each year to allow senior industry executives to interact with leading educators and practitioners in the field of hospitality, the programme is co-organised by the SHTM, the Hong Kong Hotels Association and the Institute for Entrepreneurship at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. This year, it will be held at the School's premises from 1 to 14 December 2019.

The Winter School is delivered as a series of six in-depth modules spanning two weeks. It features many leading industry professionals and SHTM academics who present a series of interactive modules.

Participants who successfully complete each two-day (12-hour) module receive a Certificate of Completion for Hong Kong PolyU Winter School®. Participants who complete six different modules within a three-year period receive a Certificate of Completion for Advanced Level Hong Kong PolyU Winter School®, which is issued by the SHTM.
