Summer Chocolate Afternoon Tea at GREEN
Hotel ICON has collaborated with Häagen-Dazs™ to launch the Summer Chocolate Afternoon Tea, the first ever afternoon tea set offering desserts created with the new Häagen-Dazs™ Chocolat de luxe Collection. Available from 9 July until 8 September at GREEN, the menu, crafted together with Danny Ho, Executive Pastry Chef at Hotel ICON, will delight dessert lovers with a series of delicious treats including two new ice-cream flavours by Häagen-Dazs™, White Peach & Raspberry Ice Cream and Yellow Peach Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream, perfect for a memorable summer afternoon.

Tea timers will also have access to an unlimited supply of ice cream, with six different flavours available every day including the exclusive Macadamia Nut Brittle and Red Bean.

Abalone Delicacies at Above & Beyond
This July and August, renowned Executive Chef Paul Tsui will put his creative and superior cooking techniques to use in delighting all abalone lovers.

Using fresh 6-'heads' (i.e. 6 per kilogram) abalones from Dalian, Paul has prepared four tantalising abalone dishes using four distinctive cooking techniques: braising, smoking, wok-frying and steaming.
