The era of low-altitude economy is upon us, presenting an opportunity for SF Express to leverage drone technology in Hong Kong's logistics market. This project draws inspiration from the abundant seafood resources on Lamma Island, focusing on the demand for fresh seafood among mid-to-high-end consumers in Hong Kong.

By utilising SF Express’s efficient, convenient, and secure logistics services, we aim to support the local fishing industry in collaboration with the government's AFCD Accredited Fish Farm Scheme. The team also upgraded the Local Fresh app to provide consumers with a more engaging, personalised, and locally-flavored seafood shopping experience,
enhancing their quality of dietary life.

This project is a deliverable from the Smart Service Design (SSD) Interdisciplinary Studio subject delivered over 13 weeks in Semester 1, supported by SF Express.
