Arrangements During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Quarantine Arrangements of Certain Persons Arriving in Hong Kong

Students are strongly advised to check the Concise guide of Boarding and quarantine arrangements before coming to Hong Kong.

The quarantine requirements are subject to factors including the places where you are currently staying before coming to Hong Kong, as well as your vaccination status.

According to the latest announcement made by the HKSAR Government, the following inbound travellers are required to follow quarantine measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

To further prevent the importation of COVID-19 cases and reduce contact between arrivals and the local community, the Government fully implemented the Designated Quarantine Hotel Scheme and the Designated Transportation Scheme, requiring all arrivals, except those having stayed in Mainland China or Macao only, have to undergo compulsory quarantine at a designated quarantine hotel.
For students who undertake compulsory quarantine at the designated Hotels for Quarantine, you must adhere to the Points to note for returnees.
If exemption of quarantine arrangements is applicable to the person arriving at Hong Kong, please refer to relevant webpage:
