簡歷

張慧博士於2012年畢業於鄭州大學電子信息科學與技術專業,2015年在北京大學前沿交叉學科研究院獲得理學碩士學位,及後在 2019年於香港大學獲得哲學博士學位。 並於2019-2022 在香港大學醫學院從事博士後研究。

張博士的主要研究方向是利用多種核磁共振技術研究人的大腦功能在不同疾病和康復治療過程中的變化。她的研究工作包括 鼻腔吸入式胰島素對糖尿病病人大腦功能的影響,攜帶高風險APOE4基因和正常健康人之間的小世界網絡指標與位於海馬體的化學遞質谷氨酸酶之間的關聯與區別,以及嗅覺缺失的長新冠病人的大腦功能表現。

目前,張博士的研究興趣是通過不同模態的核磁共振影像技術,如擴散張量成像(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI), 功能性磁共振成像(functional MRI, fMRI), 正電子發射斷層掃描成像(Positron emission tomography, PET),結合人工智能和大數據的分析方法或其他先進的演算法技術,為精確的醫療診斷或康復治療提供進一步幫助。
