徐志文博士是职业治疗师,他取得香港理工大学职业治疗学(荣誉)理学士学位香港大学医疗科学硕士学位及香港理工大学康复治疗科学哲学博士学位

在临床上,徐博士从事精神科、儿科及老人科的复康工作。他的广泛临床经验让他更好地在专上教育(本科及深造程度)上作出贡献,包括讲课、研究督导及临床实习督导等

在研究方面徐博士于国际学术期刊上发表了多篇有关精神科复康的研究文章。基于对转化研究的热忱,他有志于把研究数据转化成实证为本的临床服务,以提升有复康需要人士的福祉。
