Physical Health and Fitness Assessment and Risk Prediction Project

About the Project

Childhood and adolescence are important periods for physical growth, movement development and the formation of lifelong activity habits. This project focuses on children and adolescents aged 3–18 years and uses multidimensional assessment to understand movement and physical fitness health across different stages of growth.

Our core assessments include body composition, 3D body shape, 3D foot shape, plantar pressure and gait analysis. By integrating these measurements, the project aims to establish a structured movement-health database and explore data-driven approaches for growth monitoring, early risk identification and individualized health profiling.
