HKACC No.8 Glider Introductory Course (GIC8) 2023

Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps (HKACC)

Co-organise the Glider Introductory Course (GIC) with Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps (HKACC) and Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA) to provide glider education and flight training to PolyU AAE students (24 offers), HKACC cadets (16 offers) and general public (48 offers). The course is taught by licensed glider pilots, flight simulator instructors and experts in aviation and the duration is 60 training hours from 10th Jan to 21st March 2023. Scholarships will be conferred to a maximum of six best candidates after a selection process. Each scholarship provides for eight ab-initio flying training hours at one of the overseas flying schools in 2023.
HKACC Advanced Aviation Education Programme (AAEP) 2022

Co-organise the Advanced Aviation Education Programme (AAEP) with Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps (HKACC) and Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA) to provide the aviation education and flight training to PolyU AAE students (16 offers), HKACC cadets (16 offers) and general public (48 offers). The course is taught by airline pilots, flight simulator instructors and experts in aviation and the duration is 72 training hours from 6th Oct to 20th Dec 2022. Scholarships will be conferred to a maximum of six best candidates after a selection process. Each scholarship provides for eight ab-initio flying training hours at one of the overseas flying schools in 2023.

Our team hold a 1-day workshop to the student member from HKACC for teaching about the use of flight simulator and having an experience about how to control a flight, the participant express their gratitude on the workshop to have this opportunities.
