The new academic complex will incorporate green designs to create a healthy and sustainable learning environment. The overall design strives to adhere to BEAM Plus New Buildings standards, as well as the latest wellness standards of the construction industry in terms of Photovoltaic, Energy Storage, Direct Current and Flexibility (PEDF).
