The Council has delegated part of its powers to the President. To enhance management efficiency, the President can further delegate these powers to appropriate senior executives as deemed appropriate.


Reporting Mechanism

The President reports to the Council on a regular basis via the Executive Committee on major actions taken by Management, including senior staff appointments, donations accepted, naming of facilities, new strategic initiatives, implementation of the Strategic Plan, etc. 

The Council, through its Senior Executives Evaluation and Compensation Committee, monitors the performance of the President and senior executives, and the achievement of targets.
