Generation-C SERVE is a leadership programme that brings students from PolyU and other universities in Asia to learn and serve together. The objective is to develop students' higher-order critical thinking and empathy through integrating theories and experience into a consistent understanding of the diverse impacts of poverty on people's lives. Students will interact with communities, local government bodies and NGOs. They will have a wide exposure to different aspects of poverty and develop an effective, integrated strategy in understanding, analysing and devising practical solutions for alleviation.
