Mind HK’s 3rd Mental Health Conference will take place from November 6-8, 2025, at Hotel ICON, Hong Kong. Titled Hong Kong International Mental Health Conference – “Navigating Life’s Defining Moments,” the three-day event features:
Conference Days (November 6-7, English) focused on the evidence, psychology, and culture of mental health across the lifespan
*Cantonese simultaneous interpretation will be available for main sessions
A Mental Wellbeing Festival (November 8, Cantonese and English) for the general public, exploring mental health during key transitions from birth to end-of-life.
