Summary

The academic presentation will focus on the latest achievements of Professor Zhang Qin's research team in the field of BeiDou/GNSS landslide monitoring and warning technology based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) deployment. In response to the challenges posed by high-locality, long-distance and emergency landslide scenarios, where traditional non-remote monitoring equipment deployment is difficult, data transmission is hindered, personnel risks are high, and unmanned monitoring deployment technology remains unexplored, the research team have developed a BeiDou multi-sensor (integrated accelerometer, inclinometer, etc.) monitoring equipment that uses UAV to drop quickly and accurately over a long distance by Comprehensive utilization of BeiDou, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), big dipper ad-hoc network communications, intelligent control, and advanced remote sensing technologies. In this way, the observation data is transmitted to a cloud-based processing platform through the space-air-ground integrated real-time transmission network. The enhanced positioning algorithm of the BeiDou cloud platform is used to obtain high-precision deformation sequences, and finally, intelligent monitoring and accurate warning of landslide hazards are realized.
