Nameless Digital Carbon Tracking Technology Limited
The project leverages on Internet of Things (IoT) technology to digitally transform commercial kitchens, enabling 24-hour security monitoring, data synchronisation between computers and mobile devices, remote control, and export functions for various environmental, social and governance (ESG) and carbon emission reports. Due to high energy consumption levels, kitchens are often considered as a major carbon emission zone. This technology further utilises sensors according to the aerodynamic principles, while drawing on the expertise of kitchen-use exhaust ventilation manufacturers with over 30 years of experience, to reshape the airflow field of each commercial kitchen. This new airflow field design enables power allocation on demand to deliver efficient emission reduction and energy conservation. Not only does the technology break through the traditional conception that kitchens are energy-intensive, it also brings about green technological innovation with significant energy reduction for energy-intensive commercial kitchens in hotels, catering enterprises, and large complexes, etc. It therefore benefits chefs and managers in effective management, and streamlines the preparation of ESG and carbon emission reports for enterprises.
