Dr. Wan is a great leader, super connector and down-to-earth executor. He has been successfully leading the company to get the award of Top 100 education companies in Shenzhen in 2 years. At the same time, with thorough understanding and unique personal insights, he has a bird’s eyes view to the future development of the education industry and hence initiated the establishment of the Hong Kong Education Equipment Industry Association (HKEEIA), committed to create a great platform across countries (China, HK, Taiwan, UK with MOU signed) so as to enhance overall industry education technology and of importance to make business matching more effectively.

In Education industry aspect, Dr. Wan is an innovative educational facilitator. In the establishment of Innowises Technology Group, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the business environment and strong network with Educators in the region. To cope with the education policy of the Central Government of the PRC and HK, Dr. Wan vigorously promote different education concepts in the industry including collaborative education; design thinking; computational thinking education and education in metaverse to, help individualized learning and student-oriented teaching model, to make up for deficiencies in the traditional teaching methods. Dr Wan is also awarded for a Best Education Innovator 2018 and such recognize his contribution and achievement in the industry.

Dr Wan is Visiting Consultant at AMTD FinTech Centre of PolyU Faculty of Business.  He holds a Doctor in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Master of Public Management (MPM) from University of Southern Queensland, Professional Certification from Tsinghua University, and MBA from University of Southern Queensland.
