About GFIC

The Green Future Innovation Challenge (GFIC), co-organized by Vertex Ventures China and Temasek Foundation, is a climate tech competition that seeks innovative technological solutions from across the globe to address key sustainability challenges.

Innovators with near/market-ready technological solutions relevant to the themes of the challenge are eligible to apply, and will compete for prize funding to support proof-of-value pilots of their solutions in China. Winners will be selected by an international judging panel comprising of experts and investors, based on evaluation criteria focusing on feasibility and desirability of the solution, and commercial viability.
