Freddy Law Wai-hung is the CEO at Storius, a geotagged bite-size podcast sharing app allowing cultural experts to upload audio on the map and letting visitors listen to great stories behind places worth visiting. Storius secured startup funding from Hong Kong Cyberport and operated in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand. Before that, he was the Director of Education For Good Community Interest Company, an innovation consultancy. He was also CEO at Inter Cultural Education, the first company he founded.
Freddy is committed to nurturing innovative talents. He is the Founder of Cross Innovation, an innovation consultancy training different sectors to create new solutions effectively. He is an honorable lecturer at The University of Hong Kong for "Human Centric Approach for Social Innovation". He is the Director of La Violet Education, advocating creativity in education.
Freddy is interested in serving the public. He is a Non-Official Member of the Human Resource Planning Commission, chaired by the Chief Secretary for Administration of the Hong Kong SAR Government, aiming to enhance and optimizing Hong Kong's human capital. He is a Member of the Steering Committee on Promotion of Vocational and Professional Education and Training and Qualifications Framework, enabling young people to acquire work skills for the future. He is an Advisor at AIESEC, a global platform for young people to explore and develop leadership potential, in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Freddy graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Zhejiang University with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Language Studies with Business. He is pursuing a Master of Theological Essentials, fostering a foundation for Christian thoughts at the Gateway Seminary.
