Dr YEE is currently an Associate Professor in Fashion Business at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She holds her Ph.D., M.Phil., and B.Eng. in Operations Management, Engineering Management, and Manufacturing Engineering, respectively. Prior to joining ITC in August 2009, she was a project leader (carrying the title of postdoctoral fellow) of a large-scale research project about management practices in service industries at the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before she started her doctoral degree, she had been working for a teaching development project entitled “A Generic Multimedia Package in Industrial Engineering Using a Problem-based Learning Approach” at the University of Hong Kong.

Rachel’s research mainly focuses on operations management, service management, and marketing. She is also keen on research topics related to engineering management, product development, and supply chain management, which are her early research interests.
