International Consortium of Higher Education and Technology (ICHAT)

ICHAT is a collaborative initiative uniting leading universities dedicated to leveraging artificial intelligence for educational innovation, global collaboration, and paradigm-shifting practices.

The consortium is hosted by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), with The Institute of Higher Education Research and Development (IHERD) serving as the Secretariat to manage coordination, administration, and communication.
