Vice Chairman Ms. Betty Simpson was appointed by the Government to the Task Force on Business Liaison Groups (BLG) for a term of 2 years from July 2018. The Task Force oversees the work on 10 BLGs including hotels, recreational clubs, theme parks, food businesses, guesthouses and etc.

The following alumni have assumed new positions (English version only):

- Ms Athena Zou, MSc in International Hospitality Management (2015), Business Development Manager - Wharf Hotels
