* Academics are affiliated in a university/college. Valid student ID copy is required for full-time student registration.
The registration for academics, professionals and students to the conference includes access to all conference sessions, welcome reception, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches of 3 and 4 June, wine tasting and master classes. The registration for Accompanying Persons include welcome reception, wine tasting and master classes. Optional post-conference tour will be announced later.

Terms and Conditions for registration for the UNESCO Wine Conference

  1. All payment made from 16 April 2019 onwards will be charged the Regular rate.
  2. Should there be an error in the total amount during registration, the Forum Secretariat reserves the right to charge the correct amount.
  3. The official receipt for registration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University will show the registration fee in HKD.  No separate printed copy of official receipt would be sent to the client paid by on-line credit card system. The payment acknowledgement email for successful payment is regarded as the official receipt from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, subject to actual payment capture. Official receipt will be made available for cheques, bank draft or bank remittance.
  4. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by the Forum Secretariat.
  5. For cancellation received in writing on or before 1 May 2019 Hong Kong time (GMT +8), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be made after 1 May 2019.
