In this session, the speaker will break down the hows and whys of sustainable eating to help you understand what it really means to eat green.

Keynote Speaker

Janice Leung Hayes is a food writer, sustainability advocate and entrepreneur in Hong Kong. Her written work has appeared in publications such as Wall Street Journal, South China Morning Post, and The New York Times. When not writing, she produces sustainability-focused events, such as Tong Chong Street Market farmers' market, as well as video and film through Capsule48, a multimedia agency she co-founded. She holds a BComm/BA from the University of Melbourne and an Advanced Certificate in Nutrition from the University of Hong Kong.
